Breastfeeding Services

The Breastfeeding Coalition of Placer County offers free group lactation consultations to residents of Placer County on a drop-in basis every Monday and Thursday from 10 am – 12:30 pm. Visits are staffed by a board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) and held at our office at 901 Sunrise Avenue, Suite A-10 in Roseville.

The Breastfeeding Coalition of Placer County also provides education to health care providers, allied health professionals, and university students pursuing degrees in the health care field through our annual educational conference, in-service training and workshops. We are also available to provide telephone consultations to individuals who work with pregnant and lactating women in Placer County.
